Rebecca, Matt and Miles

To celebrate the lockdown restrictions being lifted so that we were able to meet another family in an open space, I ran a little special offer on my mini sessions because I just couldn't wait to get back out there and blow the cobwebs off my poor camera.

As anyone who's had a shoot with me will tell you, I am a huge fan of belle vue park, Newport. It offers such rich variety of scenery, right in the middle of town!

Thankfully, the clouds held off from raining, and we got some lovely shots, my favourite being Miles peeping through the band stand railings! When I photograph families, I always try to capture some moments of character, as well as the more formally posed photos for the mantelpiece.

I had a lot of fun working with this lovely little family, and boy did it feel good to be be back!
